SHIPPING TIME FRAMES
Orders are processed and shipped within 24-48 hours following receipt of payment for the order. Our warehouse operates Monday – Friday 9-4CST. Except for national holidays, at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Transit Time Domestically
In general, domestic shipments are in transit for up to 10 business days or less. These times may vary depending on your location and carrier.
Modifying Orders
We are not able to modify an order once they are processed. If you need to modify an order and you have not received a tracking number, please contact customer service here Contact Form.
We cannot accept any requests to swap out or add any additional items placed in the notes section of your order.
Items Missing from your order
If you are missing something from your order, please contact Customer Support right away. Please have your packing slip, and items received accessible as we may request photo evidence to assist you.
Delivery Time Exceeded
If you have not received delivery within the shipping timeframe you selected or if it shows delivered and you have not received it within 48 hours after getting the delivery confirmation, please reach out to customer service
